Payment Policy

Kindly note the following :

  • When booking a 50% deposit is required. The balance is required 7 days before arrival.
  • Should the guest, cancel 30 days before your arrival date, the guest will receive a full refund of deposit.
  • Any cancellations after 30 days, the guest forfeits the deposit.

Solar do Ribeiro will be updating its cancellation policy regularly to reflect reality due to the frequent changes being experienced around travel restrictions as well as any new developments as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In so doing we hope to provide guests with peace of mind and flexibility when making or managing their reservations. Your ongoing support of our establishment is of the utmost importance to us.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds

• To be applicable for a full refund, cancellation needs to take place within 48 hours before arrival at Solar do Ribeiro.

• Cancellations that take place after 48 hours have passed, no refunds will be given.
